Pretreatment
Because a quality finish coat is depentant on a quality pretreatment JEL does their own pretreatment in house. JELs pretreatment includes Trivalent Chromate, Hexavalent Chromate and Zinc Phosphate, JEL's pretreatment department can handle parts up to 80 inches long. Our Zinc Phosphate meets the requirements of TT-C-490 and our Trivalent Chromate is ROHS compliant
Masking
Our masking department personnel are very talented. They not only plug holes and cover threads but also do intricate cutting and trimming to assure that paint and powder stay out of areas that need to be free of coating.
