The application of MIL SPEC coatings require a strict adherence to specific application techniques, purchasing requirements, quality control, and record keeping.  Our adherence to all the requirement of the MIL SPEC coating systems insure that when we certify your job you know its been done correctly.

At JEL we are qualified to apply many of the most commonly used MIL SPEC coatings, along with being a Raytheon Approved Supplier.

  • CARC Coatings

  • Mil Spec Primers such as MIL-PRF-23377, MIL_DTL-53022 and MIL-DTL-53030, and Mil Spec top coat finishes MIL-DTL-64159, MIL-PRF-22750, and MIL-DTL-53039 among others are part of the CARC Coatings System.

  •  

  • Chemical Agent Resistant Coating or CARC coatings are specified for use on tactical military equipment, including ground, aviation, munitions and related support equipment. It is used for the ability to withstand the harsh chemicals used in the decontamination process.
